Use exercise to help reduce anxiety

Regular exercise is a powerful way to promote relaxation. Moving the body helps reduce muscle tension, lowers stress hormones, and stimulates the production of “feel-good” hormones, which can decrease feelings of anxiety and improve overall mood.
