Finding ways to cope with hyperactivity

Children and adults who experience being hyperactive often find that they are unable to sit still for long, they fidget excessively, are unable to focus on one task for long, talk too much, do not listen or follow instruction easily, find it hard to get a good night’s sleep and can be disruptive to others around them.
