A pair of wrist weights ideal for adding some proprioceptive input. These wrist weights are made by ourselves in the UK and come in 2 sizes :

Small (children) - each wrist weight weighs 150 grams and is 23 cm long.

Large (older children & adults) - each wrist weight weighs 250 grams and measures 28 cm

Each wrist weight has a wide velcro fastening and so is adjustable.

The large wrist weights are available in Navy and the Small in Blue Camo - more colours to follow!
