Adult Weighted Jacket + shoulder weight Prices From - £81.95
Product Code: WFL
The deep pressure provided by weighted jackets has a "calming and organising" effect on the body´s proprioceptive system. They are commonly recommended by Occupational Therapists for use in the classroom to increase attention span and reduce hyperactivity often seen in children with autism, ADHD, sensory and learning difficulties.
Designed and made in the UK, our jackets have weight pockets on the shoulders giving deep pressure where it´s really needed. Further weight can be added around the body.
Our jackets are a waistcoat manufactured from high quality fleece with a cotton lining. The lining contains a total of seven pockets which are strategically placed for the insertion of weights. Pockets are located on each shoulder allowing weights to be placed in the upper body area - giving the effect of someone pressing down gently on the shoulders - which is both effective and comfortable for the wearer.
A full set of weights are included with each jacket as follows :
Small Adult 3.0kgs Med & Large Adult 3.5kg.
All weights are removable enabling the weight to optimised for the wearer and also allowing easy washing.
Additional weights can be purchased separately
